Q: "I received an email that the order has been completed, why haven't I received anything yet?"

A: There is a good chance that your order will still be on its way. Sometimes there are delays at PostNL. Very annoying of course, because you are eager to receive your product. Unfortunately, only patience is the answer. Within the Netherlands, most orders (>99%) are delivered within 2 working days after it has been shipped. Q: "Your website says Festicaps are biodegradable, don't they break easily?"

A: Fortunately, you don't have to worry about that. The material we use is biodegradable over a long period of time and under the right conditions. By this we mean conditions such as in a composting factory. Under normal human conditions, the material is a strong and hard plastic that can take a beating.

 

Q: "Can my Festicap be put in the dishwasher?"

A: Your Festicap is not dishwasher safe, so we do not recommend this. The temperature of the water is too high, causing the plastic to deform. Do you want to clean the Festicap? Do that with lukewarm water and a drop of dishwashing liquid. Rinse well of course, otherwise you will be at the next festival with a refreshing "dishwashing liquid on the rocks".

 

Q: "My Festicap is broken, what should I do now?

A: A cap that breaks is no fun for anyone. Fortunately, just like light bulbs and bicycle tires, Festicaps last a very long time. But after endless partying, the cap will eventually wear and could break. Does this happen within 6 months of purchase? Then you will receive a new one from us.
