International shipping costs depend from the total order weight and selected country. You can calculate the shipping costs at checkout.
Shipping of products that you order from us is done in collaboration with the PostNL service. Of course you would like to know when your products will be delivered. That depends on the product you have ordered and the shipping method you have chosen. We've put together some useful information for you below. Please note: the stated values are indications and may deviate in some cases. No rights can be derived from it. In case your parcel can be traced via a tracking link, you will receive an email about this at the email address you entered with us.
The following points apply to shipping:
- Orders are shipped on business days before 17:00.
- Personalized products take longer to ship out. If this is the case for any given product, it will clearly be stated at the product page.
- The product with the longest lead time determines the lead time for the entire package.
International untracked shipping takes between 2-15 business days, depending on the country of destination. Typical values are:
- Belgium: 2-10 business days*
- Germany: 4-10 business days*
- Rest of Europe: 5-12 business days*
- Rest of world: 10-15 business days*
International tracked shipping typically takes 2-10 business days*, depending on the country of destination.
*Delays at logistic partners can't be predicted or influenced, and therefore no rights can be derived from given values.
You have the right to return products within 20 days of purchase. This right of return is only valid for products that are unused, do not contain damage and have the original packaging.
- Right of return does not apply to products where hygiene risks may arise and where the envelope seal has been broken. This applies to every variant of Festicap, powderpipe and earplugs.
- Right of return does not apply to products that are made on demand.
- The shipping costs will only be refunded on the return of the entire purchase. In the event of a partial return of an order, no shipping costs will be refunded.
- Shipping costs for returning a purchase are for the returning party. Therefore these costs cannot be claimed from Festicap.
