Shipping & Returns
Report due to Coronavirus: Due to the current global Coronavirus measures, some orders may take longer than what you are used to from us. Unfortunately we have no influence on this. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping of products that you order from us is done in collaboration with the PostNL service. Of course you would like to know when your products will be delivered. That depends on the product you have ordered and the shipping method you have chosen. We've put together some useful information for you below. Please note: the stated values are indications and may deviate in some cases. No rights can be derived from it. If your order can be tracked via the Track and Trace link, you will receive an email about this at the email address you entered with us.
The following points apply to the delivery time:
- Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
- Personalized products must be specially made. The delivery time thereof is 1-4 working days longer, depending on the product.
- Per order, the product with the longest delivery time determines the delivery time of the entire package.
International untracked shipping takes between 3 business days up to 4 weeks, depending on the country.
International tracked shipping takes between 2 business days up to 3 weeks, depending on the country.
We can return products within 20 days of purchase. This right of return is only valid for products that are unused, do not contain damage and have the original packaging.
- Right of return does not apply to products where hygiene risks may arise (unless otherwise agreed with the customer), if this applies to a product, this is stated in the product description on the product page.
- Right of return does not apply to products that are made to measure.
- The shipping costs paid on the purchase will only be refunded on the return of the entire purchase. With a partial return of an order, no shipping costs will be refunded.
- Shipping costs for returning a purchase are for the returning party. These costs cannot therefore be claimed from Festicap.
